This is a plain-language summary of what Lead Ladder collects through the Lead Ladder referral program and what we do with it.
When a partner shop refers you, we collect the details needed to follow up on an insurance-claim referral: your name, phone number, email, mailing address, insurance company, claim number, and your signature on the referral consent form. If you're a partner, we also keep your shop name, contact name, and email to run your account.
To contact you about the referral, to operate the partner referral program, and to keep accurate records of consent and account activity.
The referring shop and the Lead Ladder administrator. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Information is stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security, signed consent forms are kept in private storage, and everything is encrypted in transit. Only the administrator can view partner and lead records.
We keep referral and account records for as long as needed to run the program and meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us about the data we hold or request deletion using the contact below.
You can withdraw your consent, ask what we hold about you, or request deletion at any time. If you no longer want to be contacted about a referral, tell the referring shop or email us directly.
